UPCAT 2017 Results Out, Twitterverse Welcomes Isko’t Iska: ‘Welcome To Hell!’

UPCAT a.k.a. the University of the Philippines College Admission Test joined the list of top trending topics on Twitter Tuesday night, after news broke that UPCAT 2017 (for incoming freshmen in 2017-2018 academic year) results have been released. The new batch of Isko at Iska is welcomed with the customary line: “Welcome to hell.”
