The wait is over for the clothing line we’ve all been waiting for! Be prepared because this October, trends are about to get restated thanks to actress Solenn Heussaff and sister-slash-designer Vanessa Heussaff-Small’s dream to create their own clothing brand. And with the talent of fashion designer Mia Arcenas, ‘fabulous’ is probably an understatement.

Check Out Unique Designs From Heussaff x Arcenas Fashion Clothing Line

Back in June, Solenn Heussaff already began posting teasers of her project on her Instagram account. The photo she posted was a denim cardigan with a unique embroidery of the Philippine eagle. The jacket had a motif that represented the Philippine culture, and the model included the hashtag: #LAHI on her caption.

Evidently, Solenn, Vanessa and Mia want to advocate Filipino culture in their designs. It’s as if the trio are trying to encourage appreciation of ethnicity and national belongingness. So expect that their clothing line will have those ‘Filipino feels.’

On an interview with Preview, the 32-year-old actress shared an insight about this idea, explaining that fashion had been something she intended on pursuing. “My sister, Vanessa, has also been wanting to do something Pinoy with me since we’re both into the arts. [On the other hand,] Mia is known for her flowy silk dresses, and since we have become friends we thought it would nice to work [together] with no timeline.”

She also revealed that all patterns were personally done by them to ensure distinctiveness and a sense of personality in the look.

Four months later, we are now seeing what could be the first look on the clothing line of the Solenn sisters, and Mia Arcenas on Social Media. On Instagram, Solenn already shared three photos of denim jackets and loose polos with their notable embroidery design.

Singer/actor Matteo Guidicelli was one of the models who posed for the shoot and also posted on his account. Along with him are Nicole Anderson and Carla Humphries.

Everyone’s excited for the official release of the Heussaff-Arcenas Clothing line. It’s a symbol of Filipino spirit, taste and passion. Stay tuned for updates on their upcoming brand here!
