On May 13, Hallyu star Lee Min Ho officially started his mandatory military service at Gangnam-gu Office in Seoul. Many fans are saddened, now that the Korean actor will be away from the limelight for two years. One of them is the voice actor of the Tagalog version of Lee Min Ho’s TV series, “Legend of the Blue Sea.”
ABS-CBN reports that AJ Constantino, the man behind Lee Min Ho’s voice, was disheartened to hear the news of the 29-year-old actor’s enlistment. Constantino even told ABS-CBN that he dreams of meeting the Korean heartthrob in person. However, since Lee Min Ho will be serving as a public officer for the next two years.

Constantino shared with the same source that he’s job in voicing Lee Min Ho’s character in “Legend of the Blue Sea” is very challenging. He was quoted saying, “Very challenging kasi sort of two different characters ang pine-play ko for this program. ‘Yung isa, head of the village, tapos ‘yung isa, goon.”
While Constantino plays a big part in delivering Lee Min Ho’s character as Heo Joon Jae, he also plays a big part the nation’s justice system. After all, he is a lawyer. Voice dubbing is only a part-time job for him.
He disclosed with ABS-CBN one funny and unforgettable experience in court, because of his job as a voice actor.
“The judge was looking at me very intently, then he asked me ‘What is your nickname? Do you have a screen name? Do you do voice acting?’ ‘Yes, your honor’ then, the judge asked me, ‘Are you dubbing Jun Pyo of ‘Boys over Flowers?’ then, everyone just laughed. Then the other lawyer said, ‘Oh, panyero. Pa-autograph naman after nito.”
Gong Yoo to be on ‘Esquire’ June Cover
While “Legend of the Blue Sea” star is now away for his military enlistment, “Goblin” star Gong Yoo is busy going around Asian countries for fan meeting and photo shoots. In fact, he will be the cover of Esquire Magazine for seven Asian countries this June.
Allkpop reports Gong Yoo partnered with ‘2017 F/W Louis Vuitton x Supreme’ collection for his pictorial. The 37-year-old actor will be on the cover of Esquire all over South Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Gong Yoo is also reported to be having interview coverage in this June issue of Esquire.
