How many more young artists will take their first step in The Voice? And what will the coaches do to convince these young artists to be part of their team? We will find out tonight. #TheVoicExciTEENS Team Sarah Gets A Powerful Singer Host Toni Gonzaga visited the first blind auditioner for tonight, Angel Chloe Redondo in her home in Calamba, Laguna. Her parents related how this was Chloe’s second chance at life because when she was a child, she got into an accident that almost cost her life. Chloe said that she was a huge Ariana Grande fan. She came on stage performing Jessie J’s Masterpiece and got all four coaches to turn. Two of the coaches, Sharon and Lea agreed she had a powerful voice. Sarah on the other hand said that she did not oversing even the high notes. When it came to her decision on her team, she chose Sarah. #TheVoicExciTEENS First No Chair Turn Roanne Atilano, a teenage girl from Zamboanga City, shares that she loved to eat. She also said because of her physical appearance, she had a problem with bullying in her elementary days. Her singing however helps build her confidence. During her performance of Secret Love Song, none of the coaches turned however. Coaches Sarah and Lea noted her issues with voice control. Bamboo also said that she should not let what other people say about her appearance stop her from improving her instrument. #TheVoicExciTEENS Kamp Kawayan Gets Another Young Artist Paul Asi Gatdula is the first teen to be subjected to the Blind Blinds, which means that even the audience will not see what he looks like. He will perform behind a curtain as well. During his performance of Kisap Mata, Bamboo was at first hesitant to push his button, and he waited until the end of song to do so. Paul was very excited to find out that he is now part of Kamp Kawayan. Bamboo said that they needed to work hard to improve his voice. #TheVoicExciTEENS First Operatic Singer Joins FamiLea The next young artist is Mica Becerro. She brings on stage singing which is not usually seen on The Voice. She says that when she was young, she started singing kundiman songs. With the help of her voice coach, she tried her hand at operatic songs. She gave a rousing performance, that all of the coaches turned. While she was performing, all of them were in awe of her operatic voice. Then the coaches started jostling to convince her to be part of their team. In the end, she chose FamiLea.
