Share on Facebook Share on Twitter It feels like it’s been a decade since the last time the world caught a glimpse of chaotic Westeros. However addicting it may be to see bloodlines wiped out, bodies stabbed, and yes, huge dragons eating up the sky, one simply can’t get enough of Game of Thrones. Now finally, Game of Thrones Season 7 is a few weeks away! Everybody knows that there are only 13 episodes left– doesn’t sound like ample time with all the subplots with their own conflicts piled up. Although looking at the entirety of what Season Six has left, there are two main conflicts that need resolving: The battle to the Iron throne, and the unending war against the unstoppable force of the undead AKA the White Walkers. With two seasons left, it is possible that these two conflicts be resolved separately. After all, the one-minute, thirty-second trailer didn’t reveal much about White Walkers did they? What did this trailer contain? Watch Game Of Thrones Season 7 trailer, Enemies practically surrounding Cersei Lannister As glorious as it may feel to own the Iron throne for herself, Mad Queen Cersei can’t sit there forever. Especially with enemies on their way, all wanting to behead her. Not to mention her sour character has got her own people wanting to do the same thing. The trailer opens up with Cersei who appears to be hatching up a devious plan to defeat whoever antagonizes her: On the East, Grey Worm along with Dragon queen Daenerys Targaryen and their army of Dothraki men have now set sail. On the West is what appears to be Euron Greyjoy’s ship as they have also set sail in the previous season. North of Westeros, is, of course, the army led by the now-King of the North, Jon Snow. But we also catch a few seconds of Arya in solitude, as usual. That girl’s got a blacklist to mark out– which includes Mad Queen herself. Now that she’s got her sight back, she just might. Besides, she’s probably the continent’s greatest hitman. Meanwhile, bordered South is, could it be men from Dorne? Somewhere in the trailer, a lion piece is knocked over– a symbol of the inevitable doom of Cersei? It could be because in the prophecy (from previous seasons), it is said that she will be overthrown by a more beautiful, more powerful competitor. Watch out for that in Game of Thrones Season Seven! Littlefinger slithering his way into Sansa’s mind like the snake he is “Your fathers and brothers are gone, yet here you stand, last, best hope against the coming storm,” Littlefinger says. And like a student to her master, Sansa might just fall into the pit of her mentor’s words. Obviously, this bastard has other things in mind and is manipulating our redheaded Stark. Her face in the clip looks like she’s considering it too. She’s got reason to, because of Jon Snow’s illegitimacy. Jealousy is a powerful emotion– will it be strong enough to drive her to point a sword at Jon? Swords clashing, figures running, gates opening, and many other tidbits! In Game of Thrones Season Seven, Tyrion Lannister is now Dany’s right-hand man– so no question if you see him with her signature Dragons. And of course, characters will be mentioning a Great War, thus the army of soldiers that keep marching. The said Great War will be the boiling point of where all of our main characters will meet. And in the trailer, we see Dany finally landing on the shore as she touches the sand. Other crazy tidbits include Yara and Ellaria’s steamy less-than-five-seconds kissing which probably caused most of the uproar by now. How could this have happened? Totally out of the blue! Then there’s an infected arm that also pokes out of nowhere– probably Ser Jorah Mormont and his greyscale condition. Poor guy. The trailer also reveals Dany’s mentor Missandei facing a very shirtless general Grey Worm. Which probably won’t happen since Grey Worm has been ‘conditioned’ physically and mentally not to partake in sexual engagements. Woops.
