Gong Yoo shares more about what he misses in his life before fame came knocking on his doorstep, his upcoming charity project and how he plans to sell some of his personal items for a worthy cause.

Gong Yoo is set to appear on CNN’s Talk Asia on May 25. Fans could not wait to get to know more about this 37-year-old actor who is taking over the Korean Drama scene by storm. If you are a fan you would know that he graduated with a B.A. in Theater who started as a video jockey. He debuted as an actor in 2001 but is known for his roles in TV dramas like “The First Shop Of Coffee Prince” in 2007, “Guardian: The Lonely And Great God” in 2016, “The Age Of Shadows” in 2016 and “Train To Busan” in 2016. Since this horror hit movie, he’s gotten more attention from the international scene.

The video was posted on social media on March 15 and has had over 1M views on Facebook. He also shares about his upcoming charity project as reported by the Korea Herald. Meanwhile, Gong Yoo’s also reveals he wouldn’t mind doing a nude scene as stated in a report by Star2. Now let’s take a look at these facts one by one.

1. Gong Yoo hates the camera. Anna Coren asks the actor what he misses most about life before fame. He then said having street food without being disturbed, taking walks freely in crowded places, swimming at the beaches in Korea and getting a tan. Gong Yoo reveals that the fact that people want to take his pictures all the time drives him crazy sometimes. He mentioned that he doesn’t enjoy too much social media, Instagram, to be particular.

2. Gong Yoo will be selling his personal items soon. Buy a ticket to South Korea now and schedule it for May 27 since that would be the day Gong Yoo will holding a charity bazaar and will be selling his personal items. His agency, Management Soop, says, “Gong Yoo’s collection will be available at the bazaar event. The actor will also be there. Profits from the upcoming event will be donated.

3. Gong Yoo is willing to do a nude scene. The Korean heartthrob shares what he thinks about doing a bold role like doing nude scenes. In a report by Start2, He said, “I really respect Tony Leung as an actor. His performance was really bold. He was really brave. For the good of the film, it is important for an actor to respect the script. If it is necessary for the script, I’m OK with showing off my body.”
