WATCH: Old Man Brings Grandkids to Jollibee Drive Thru Riding A Carabao

Jollibee Pinoy moments

An old man treated his grandkids to the recently opened Jollibee branch in Teresa, Rizal. That’s a normal thing that a grandpa would do. But the old man wasn’t a normal grandpa. He went straight to the drive thru on a wagon with his grandkids, pulled by a carabao! You couldn’t be more pinoy than that! Awesome!

Carabao In Jollibee Drive Thru

Granda passed through the drive thru lane and parked right in front of the drive thru window like any other car would do on a normal transaction. There were about 12 kids riding on the wagon. As soon as the old man stopped, the kids went in front of the drive thru window to place their orders. (The carabao still right there, don’t forget) After the kids placed their orders, the old man paid for the bill. The kids went aboard the wagon again and went on their way.

People around just couldn’t resist getting a video of the incident. (How often do you see a carabao in Jollibee’s Drive Thru anyway? Never!)

A video of the incident was posted by “Mga Kwento Ni Jollibee” Facebook page on October 3. Since then it has had 1.3 Million views and almost 30k shares on Facebook.

Jollibee is a well known Filipino favorite for kids and adults alike. As long as you’re a Filipino, you definitely know and love the fast food chain that has been there for years. The mascot, a huge bee with the most adorable cheeks, has become an icon for kids that represents happy days most especially the weekends. That’s why the jingle says, “I love you Sabado, kahit buong linggo.” Kids just can’t have enough of the bee! This recent incident gives more pinoy points for Jollibee. Way to go!  It definitely is more fun in the Philippines!
