BTS 2017 Summer Package Preview, Shot in the Philippines

If you are a die hard fan and are part of BTS Army, you would know that BTS did have the BTS Wings two-day concert in Manila on May 6-7. Rumor had it that the group stayed a day longer. According to ARMY’s Amino, a site for the group’s fans, says they might have stayed to film their Summer Package in Palawan. No confirmations then but numerous BTS fan pages would now confirm that it was indeed shot in the Philippines. Check Facebook posts below.

On Twitter, fans post photos of the group in Palawan while they were in the Philippines for their concert in May. They compared these to shots found in the Summer Package video and made conclusions themselves. Some couldn’t believe that the group actually shot their yearly summer video in the Philippines. While others think this is just such a treat for all PH Army members out there.

Meanwhile, BTS nabbed another award. On July 31, they won the Artist Award for the 44th Korean Broadcasting Awards. They are the only musicians to win this year. A report by Soompi says the Korean Broadcasters Association made the announcement of winners selected by a panel of 24 industry experts. The award was given for their influence in Korea and in the world.

The official preview of BTS 2017 Summer Package preview was posted on YouTube via BangtanTV official account on July 31. Since then, it’s had over 700k views.
