Always remember that being in a romantic relationship requires a lot of effort. Sometimes, love is not enough. As a student, you must also consider other factors. Take a look at these three main reasons why you should avoid any romantic affairs in college and just stay single until you graduate. Time Time management is very crucial especially when you’re in college. With all the requirements in school (projects, assignments, and researches), responsibilities at home (household chores), and other extracurricular activities (sports and workshops), I bet it would be really stressful to be in a relationship while studying. If you cannot accomplish those simple tasks given to you by your teacher or by your mother because you lack time, then how can you be an effective girlfriend or boyfriend when in the first place you can’t carry out those duties assigned to you? If it is hard for you to beat deadlines, then it would be harder when you are in a romantic relationship since almost half of your time would be dedicated to your girlfriend or boyfriend. I assure you that it would be better if you just focus on your studies first so you can allot most of your time and attention to it. It’s not a bad thing because that’s what should be but if you are just a student who gets his or her allowance from his or her parents, then it could be frustrating on your part. So believe me or not, money is one of the main reasons why you should stay single in college. Instead of spending your money on monthsaries or anniversaries, try saving it for your studies. However, this priority could be replaced and forgotten once you engage in a romantic relationship. If you got overwhelmed with the feeling of having a boyfriend or girlfriend, then there’s a high probability that your attention might be diverted. There will come a time wherein you’ll focus more on your relationship more than on your studies. So if you really want to reach your goals and dreams in life, stay focus and be single. Consider time, money, and your priorities if you want to graduate from college and be successful in the near future. Facebook Comments
