POPCORN TIME LIVE BLOG/RECAP: Four more kids will be performing their respective icons in the January 22 episode of “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids.” Fans are especially watching out for Xia Vigor’s performance as Axl Rose of Guns ‘N Roses. Awra, the first week winner, is back in his comfort zone as he is imitating Rihanna tonight.
Who will be this week’s winner? And which icons will the kids imitate in next week’s show.
#YFSFKidSensation Awra Briguela As Rihanna
Awra got another wish when she got Rihanna as the icon she will imitate this week. Once on stage, Awra gave her all when she performed “Where Have You Been.” The judges were clearly impressed with her performance.
Sharon said that Awra was in her comfort zone and it reflected in her performance. Gary said that this was her first serious major performance which was 100 per cent effective. Ogie also said that Awra has come back.

Sam Shoaf said that in this week’s performance, he will level up his dancing and his singing as well. He performed Elvis’ iconic song “Jailhouse Rock.”
Ogie admired his for his commitment to the character. He congratulated him for his great performance. Sharon commented that “he came out smoking,” and that he was giving his all in every performance. Gary said that his Elvis impression was great, and he believes that Sam will get better as the show goes by.

During the introduction video, Lyca seemed to have problems getting the voice of Jessa Zaragoza. She sang the singer’s signature song, “Bakit Pa?”
After Lyca’s performance, Gary said that he was so impressed with her. Ogie saw that she was in her comfort zone when singing OPM songs. Sharon said she successfully imitated the voice and the moves of the singer. The judges all gave her performance a thumbs up.

Fans are expecting another epic performance by one of the youngest kids in the show, Xia Vigor. This week poses an extra challenge for her because she will perform as rock icon Axl Rose.
All the judges gave her a standing ovation after she performed “Sweet Child of Mine.” Sharon was the first to give her comment. Sharon said that she was surprised and amazed with Xia. Gary said that he was “blown away” by her performance. Ogie said that she gave a solid performance.

Xia Vigor got the highest number of stars, 24 stars, thus making her the weekly winner. Next week, fans will be treated to another entertaining weekend with the icons assigned to them.
