POPCORN TIME LIVE BLOG: In the March 12 episode of Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids, four more kids will perform as their chosen icons. Second placer Sam Shoaf will perform as Gary Valenciano, while Lyca Gairanod will be Lolita Carbon.

Awra’s performance as her mentor, Vice Ganda, is one of the most awaited performances this week. Xia Vigor is coming back this week as Jennifer Lopez.

#YFSFUnkabogableKids Xia Vigor As Jennifer Lopez

Fan favorite Xia Vigor is back this weekend after being absent last week, because she needed some rest. This week, she gets to perform her icon, Jennifer Lopez. During rehearsals, Xia said that she needed to remind herself to remember the moves of J. Lo, such as dancing and moving like her. She performed Let’s Get Loud.

Sharon said that Xia moves like J.Lo, and said that her performance was amazing. Gary mentioned that whatever Xia said she will do during her performance, she got to do. He congratulated her for a great comeback. Ogie, on the other hand, praised her for being a very good and serious performer.

Awra Briguela called this performance a dream come true. This time, Awra will perform as her mentor, Vice Ganda. Although she was confident that she can perform well, she said that she hopes that Vice Ganda will love her performance of Boom Panes.

For Sharon, Awra was in “her element” and this is because she knows her icon so much. She also said that they were very entertained. Ogie called Awra’s performance as “unkabogable.” Gary said that tonight, the audience judged her performance and they saw how spot on her imitation was.

Lyca Gairanod admitted that she did not know who her icon is. Their vocal coach explained who she was and also gave Lyca some tips on imitating Lolita Carbon. Their movement coach reminded Lyca to be subtle in her moves on stage. She performed Masdan Ang Kapaligiran.

Gary said that Lyca did her homework and it showed in her good performance. Sharon praised her for another amazing performance. Ogie noted that was she did was difficult to do, but she was able to get Lolita’s tone.

Sam Shoaf is up for another challenge this week, as he picked one of the judges as his icon. He rehearsed his singing and moves to perform Hataw Na.

Ogie gave his congratulations to Sam for his awesome effort in his performance. Sharon praised him for his effort as well, as he was able to imitate Gary in his own way. While Gary commented about Sam not singing the whole time, he also praised Sam for a job well done. He also thanked Sam for doing justice to his performance.

Getting eight stars from each of the judges, Elha Nympha wins this week’s competition for her performance as Dolly Parton. This is Elha’s third win in the show and further solidifies her lead.
