iphone 7 headphone jack

Viral News says…

You can access the Iphone7 headphone jack by drilling a small hole, 14 mm, to be exact, from the left edge. The jack is just hidden behind the casing. That’s according to a post that went viral over the internet.

The truth:

We call it a PopCorn hoax! Here’s why..

Apple confirmed recently that it is ditching the usual 3.5 mm headphone jack for it’s new line of phones. And when it said ditching, it means that it is neither hidden nor is it behind the casing or anything like that. It’s gone!

According to an article in CNN Money , Apple marketing chief Phil Schiller said that Apple had the courage to move on and embrace wireless headphones. Headphones for the new Apple phone will now be either via the EarPods which connects through the Lightning connector port or the AirPods headset which can connect wirelessly through autopairing.

So don’t go drilling on your oh so jet-black iphone 7, instead have the courage to move on with Apple.
