Though remember, stock availability may vary. As for our experience, isaw baboy wasn’t available that day. But that was fine as the delicious isaw manok made up for it. Four flavors to spice up your unlimited street food in Baguio experience Yes, we know. Eating the same flavor of street food can get boring. That’s exactly why Jinho Galbi’s unlimited street food in Baguio has four flavors to choose from: original plain, Pinoy style, Korean spicy, and Korean galbi. We ordered one of each serving with all of the flavors they have. I recommend getting the Korean spicy and Korean galbi flavor because it adds a unique taste to the common street foods you usually get. The Korean galbi flavor has the slightly salty taste of soy sauce while having a hint of sugar topped with sesame seeds. While the spicy Korean flavor includes sour, spicy, and umami notes of kimchi. Make sure to taste the isaw manok and pork BBQ in the spicy Korean flavor. It has a ton of flavor! Spicy Korean flavor on pork BBQ and chicken isaw. The Pinoy style has the flavor that we all know and love – a taste of lemon, sugar, soy sauce mixed with Sprite (don’t act like you don’t know this secret ingredient). The original plain flavor has no seasonings, so this might be perfect for those who want to season their BBQ from scratch. You can choose between cooking directly from the stick or grilling them separately. Sukang sawsawan makes everything better. And who couldn’t forget the special sukang sawsawan (vinegar dip)? Filipinos love dipping sauces! Jinho Galbi’s sauce is infused with chili, onion, and cucumber cubes that deepen the taste of the sauce. It sure is a roller coaster dip because of the sweet, sour, and spicy taste all in one! Replacements for grilling materials Whether you deny it or not, your grill might turn black from all the sauce being burned. Hence, the staff will offer to replace your grill. Plus, once your charcoal burns out, call one of the friendly staff to change it for you. One of the staff replaces our grill with a new and clean one. They also changed our charcoal when it burnt out. Just one press of a button at your table will alert the staff at the counter. Beverages For those who want the perfect soft drink combo along with your street food, I suggest buying soft drinks outside and just paying the corkage fee (which is just 20 PHP). The soft drink prices they have may be quite expensive for ordinary customers. So feel free to bring in your milk tea or fizzy drinks inside.
